Items which are in stock are typically shipped out by the next business day. Special order items may have alternate handling times which are displayed on the product page (e.g. 2 to 3 days or 1 to 2 weeks).

Shipments within the Greater Toronto Area will normally reach you within 2-4 business days. We typically ship out orders by the next business day. Should an issue or delay arise with your delivery, you will be notified and we will provide an updated delivery time.

Shipments within Ontario, but outside of Toronto, will normally reach you within 4-7 business days. We typically ship out orders by the next business day. Should an issue or delay arise with your delivery, you will be notified and we will provide an updated delivery time.

Shipments outside of Ontario will normally reach you within 7-10 business days. We typically ship out orders by the next business day. Should an issue or delay arise with your delivery, you will be notified and we will provide an updated delivery time.

Since our products are heavy and fragile, shipping costs may be higher than usual. A free pick-up option is always available but we also offer flexible shipping rates to meet your budget. Orders above $500 (before taxes) will received a discounted shipping rate within the Greater Toronto Area.

Your shipping charge will be disclosed during the Check Out process. We reserve the right to refuse shipping, adjust our carriers, or reach out to you to collect additional payment in very rare cases of extremely high shipping costs from our carriers. We’ll reach out to you should any problems occur while your order is being processed.
