Terms and Conditions of Sale:
- Please inspect the goods upon delivery or pick-up. Gem Stones (the company) assumes no responsibility for the product after cutting or installation.
- The purchaser may not cancel orders without authorization from the company. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped or packed for shipping.
- Returns may be accepted within 30 days for unopened and undamaged goods only. Special order items may not be returned. We reserve the right to refuse returns.
- The purchaser is responsible for arranging freight/transportation of goods to be returned.
- A handling charge of 25% will be applied to accepted returns.
- For accepted returns, the company at their discretion, may exchange the goods, provide store credit or return the amount paid for the goods less any handling and shipping charges.
- The purchaser is responsible for determining whether any product is suited for any particular installation or purpose.
- All product dimensions are approximate and may have nominal variations. All product specifications such weight are approximate.
- The company is not responsible for inherent colour variations in natural stone products.
