Refund policy

1. Returns may be accepted within 30 days for unopened and undamaged goods only. We reserve the right to refuse returns.
2. The purchaser is responsible for arranging freight/transportation of goods to be returned.
3. A handling charge of 25% will be applied to accepted returns.
4. For accepted returns, we may exchange the goods, provide store credit or return the amount paid for the goods less any handling and shipping charges.
5. Certain special order items may not be returned - we will inform you if that is the case.
6. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately when received. We will be happy to arrange a replacement for you. Conditions apply, please refer to the terms of sale for more details.
