Shipping policy

All items have a lead time displayed on the product page. The minimum lead time to prepare an order is 2-3 days plus carrier transit time. All orders are shipped out from our Concord, Ontario location and take around 2-3 days to arrive within Ontario, 4-5 days to Quebec and 7-14 days for all other locations in Canada.

Shipments to the United States may incur additional fees relating to customs brokerage and/or duties. The customer will be contacted prior to shipping if additional payments are required. For shipments to the United States, please contact us for a quote. Certain items, such as those made in China, may not be shipped to the United States.

A shipping estimate is shown in your cart during checkout. In rare cases of unusually high carrier costs, we reserve the right to refuse shipping, adjust our carriers, or reach out to collect additional payment.
